During the ongoing crisis with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are working diligently to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our patients and employees along with their families. Information is changing daily, so we will continue to be diligent and adapt based on the best available information and expert advice of the healthcare professionals dealing with this crisis on the front lines.
Although we are an essential business, we have taken additional steps including allowing certain high risk employees to work from home, utilizing staggered work schedules to emphasize social distancing, and taking additional safety and cleaning steps to ensure the safety of our products and services in both our main offices and distribution centers.
Even during this difficult time, exemplary service to our patients and their healthcare providers is and will remain our top priority. Our distribution centers are running at normal capacity, and we are maintaining a more than sufficient compliment of employees to ensure our service and value are provided at the same, consistently high level our patients expect. We continue to be available during our normal business hours and do not expect that to change for any reason.

We do not anticipate any delays whatsoever in delivery times for orders or response times to any patient query.
