Shipping Process

Everyone here at Complete Care Medical pride ourselves on making the entire shipping process as simple as possible for the customer. After the initial order is processed and shipped, you will receive a monthly phone call from the shipping manager, four to five days before your next order is due to be shipped out. Your next order is scheduled to be shipped exactly 30 days prior to your last order. This phone call is to verify you are ready for the order, make sure nothing has changed with your order, and verify all Medicare required guidelines. The reorder process can either be done over the phone, or through email. Whatever is easier for that patient. Once those steps are completed, we electronically submit your order to our distribution company to be processed and shipped directly to your home in discreet packaging directly to the customers door. Our Distribution company has warehouses across the United States, so once the order is submitted, they send the product to the warehouse that is located closest to your delivery address. Once the order is shipped, it typically takes 24-48 hours to arrive to the customers home. The orders will be delivered via FEDEX, UPS, or LSO delivery service. We are not a store front, so we do not stock items at our office for sale. We do however, keep samples provided by the manufacturer to stock our clinics, in case a patient is running low on supplies, and will need a minimum supply to hold them over till their full order arrives. We have access to thousands of products, and we work very closely with every manufacturer, so if you would like to try a product, you can let the shipping manager know during the reorder process, and we will provide you with samples in your order. Also, you can visit our website getcompletecare.com to access all the products we carry. These products include a range of urological supplies, ostomy supplies, health and wellness supplies, and many others. Keep in mind that some insurance companies do not cover certain items depending on what type of plan the customer has. If a certain item is not covered, our billing department will give you a call before your order is due to be shipped out, and will offer you a cash price. We make sure to offer the most competitive cash price after researching the market first. If you purchase a cash item with your regular order there will not be a shipping charge. If the cash item is purchased before, or after your 30-day order, there will be a shipping and handling charge of $7.95. We treat each patient as if they were a member of our own family. We are a very small company, so you will get to know each person on our staff throughout your entire experience. Our CEO has maintained that mentality since he started our company, and it is what has separated us from the other bigger companies in the DME business. Each staff member is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you have. We currently service around 2,000 patients a month, and we have a personal relationship with every one of them.
