It’s so refreshing to have a person answer the phone instead of being rerouted constantly just to place an order. The customer service is phenomenal and friendly. I’ve had a spinal cord injury for 40+ years and have had numerous interactions with various medical supply companies. Not one compares to Complete Care Medical’s professionalism. The attention and care I‘ve received has been outstanding. The quality of the supplies is superb.

And when we went on vacation, you sent additional medical supplies, on special order, and ordered my supplies, so when, we got back from vacation, they where already delivered to the house. This letter is intended to memorialize my interactions with Greg Monteverde.
More than one year ago, I was referred to Complete Medical Care by my urologist, Dr. Brian Elisworth, in order to ensure I would receive the proper medical supplies in a timely manner.
My first contact with Complete Care Medical occurred with Greg. Upon initially speaking with him, it became clear to me that he was personable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the various medicl products on the market as well as their specific applications and limitations.
As our dealing increased, I have had frequently conversations with Greg. Based upon these conversations, I have found him to be genuinely concerned with monitoring my medical condition and providing all the appropriate medical supplies in a timely and efficient manner. For example, on one occasion I called him on his cell phone on a Holiday weekend to advise that I was traveling in California and out of certain medical supplies, which I had been unable to obtain on the road. Upon hearing of my unfortunate circumstances, Greg immediately "got on it," stopped what he was doing with his family and arranged an overnight Fed-Ex shipment to me. It was arrived as scheduled as Greg "promised."
In essence, I find his very high level of dedication, personal attention to detail, and customer service rather unique in Today's rush and run economy. Such outstanding customer service warrants this letter of acknowledgement.

As a new client of your company, I would like to take a few moments to relate my experiences thus far with your team.
I was first made aware of Complete Medical Care through a referral from my urologist. Actually, there were three companies referred to me by the doctor’s office. Yours was the first to call. A Cassandra (sorry, I don’t recall her last name) called for the initial consultation. I have had the opportunity to use atheters in the past, so I tried to describe to her what I had used previously and knew to work for me. She was very well informed of my needs and thoroughly explained which products would best given my condition. I was very impressed with her product knowledge and the conversation was very nonjudgmental.
The shipment arrived quicker than I expected and I was pleased to see that it was exactly what I had tried to describe to Cassandra a few days earlier. She really interpreted my wants and provided the right products the first time.
During our conversation Cassandra also made me aware of all the different ways to contact your company, and also mentioned that I would be assigned a personal contact, Greg, and that he would be in contact shortly.
Greg Monteverde called the day after I received the shipment. He took the time to introduce himself over the phone and to learn a bit more about me and my particular needs. He explained that this was to best be able ‘to match and meet my needs, and exceed my expectations.’
Well, he sure did that! A couple of days after we spoke I received a hand written note reiterating his commitment to me and providing his business card and cell number, so that I might contact him whenever I needed. To say that I was shocked by this level of customer service is an understatement. More companies could do well with this example.
As luck would have it, I happened to have an appointment with my urologist shortly thereafter. She asked how I was coming along with the products you supplied and if I had any problems. I quickly explained that this was the best customer service experience I had ever had! I went into detail about the interactions over the phone, and the card from Greg, and she was amazed at the level of personalization and quality of care that your team had expressed to me. I recommended that she throw out the other two companies and only refer her patients to Complete Care Medical from now on.
I’ve spoken to Greg once more about my second shipment, and asked about some additional products. He checked to see what was allowed under my insurance and informed me that the extra items exceeded my monthly allotment, but that I could purchase them directly. I provided the credit card information and Greg added them to my order. Another one of your team members called to let me know he order was shipped.
I belong to a number of support groups on social media, and shared my experiences in several forums. A lot of my friends were as shocked as I was with the level of customer service and care that I had received from your team. I recommended that they change from their current suppliers and go with Complete Care Medical and that they too could get the same level of care that I had, so I would expect that you will be receiving a few new clients.
Several of my friends recommended that I contact Complete Care Medical to share this story, hence this letter. I don’t know if you are the correct contact; if not, please pass this along to the Customer Service Manager, so that they can see what a great experience their team members are providing. All too often these days, the only feedback that companies receive is negative. I wanted to share a very positive and enjoyable experience and look forward to a long relationship with your company and team.
